Calling all music lovers and sound enthusiasts! The Fête de la Musique is back on June 21, and will be bringing the house down all over France. Every year, music invades streets, parks, squares and hearts. It's a chance to celebrate summer and get together with music, while discovering new talent. Since its inception in France in 1982, the festival has spread around the world. This year in Paris, an exceptional event is taking place on the forecourt of the Tour Montparnasse!
The Tour Montparnasse, the emblematic skyscraper of Paris, has been an architectural landmark since 1973. Rising to 210 meters, it offers an incredible panoramic view of the capital. At the top, you can almost touch the Eiffel Tower! It has been France's tallest skyscraper for over 40 years, and is at the heart of Parisian cultural life.
For the Fête de la Musique, the SEMER group invites you to sway your hips from 7:30 to 8:30 pm with a choir accompanied by musicians, including steel drums, to thrill to the sounds of gospel and multicultural sacred songs. Imagine the spellbinding voices of the choir blending with the beauty of the site, against the backdrop of the Tour Montparnasse ! This unique, emotionally-charged experience is a must for all music and culture lovers!
