Sunday, October 5, 2014, the Nuit Blanche continues for families, time for a catch-up session around the "Open musée street art contemporain" and "Ascensions magnétiques" routes!

Nuit Blanche mediators await the little ones over "coffee & croissant for the grown-ups, chocolate for the little ones, this Sunday, October 5, 2014. This brunch will be an opportunity for the little ones to discover artistic works with mediators, who will take the time to explain the artists' approach to the little ones.

This great initiative allows kids who might not have had permission to stay up late to enjoya catch-up session on two Nuit Blancheroutes:
Open musée street art contemporain

  • Gare d'Austerlitz: Etre étonné c'est un bonheur, by Jacques Villeglé

Jacques Villeglé is known for his powerful messages, written in a "socio-political" alphabet. For the Nuit Blanche, he created a large-scale black graffiti, an invitation to continue on his way.

  • Quai du Pont d'Austerlitz: Two loves by Imran Qureshi

For his first intervention in France, Imran Qureshi floods the Quai d'Austerlitz promenade with red paint, like large splashes of blood, and drawings representing the foliage of life...

  • Halle Freyssinet: carte blanche for Jef Aérosol

Jéf Aérosol has carte blanche to invite a dozen street artists to work alongside him in the 12 alcoves of the Halle Freyssinet.

  • Rue de Chevaleret: Réappropriations urbaines by Cédric Bernadotte, Dispatchwork by Jan Vormann, Persiennes de l'Atlas, Baptême by Borondo, Lost in the city by YZ, I'm not a real artist by SpY, LA13 by Tristan Eaton

In the rue de Chevaleret, seven street artists create in situ large human silhouettes, messages or grafitti!

  • Gare Masséna: Gare Masséna by Swoon

Swoon presents the face of a tender, fragile humanity. In the Gare Masséna, she installs her most recent totem figures, enriching this street art haven.

Magnetic ascensions

  • Hôpital Necker: Hyperfocus, by Les Fères Chapuisat

For the children at Hôpital Necker, the Chapuisat brothers created a dome measuring six meters in diameter and almost five meters high, enabling them to "connect" to interstellar space.

  • Hôpital Necker: Scathching the surface, by Vhils

Vhils, world-famous street artist, offers sick children monumental works of art, the faces of children filled with hope...

This coffee and croissant will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cité de la Mode et du Design and Hôpital Necker , the time to take information on the works to be discovered in the morning, some works being visible only in the evening of Saturday, October 4, 2014.
