For a change of scene on Valentine's Day, head for the Buddha-bar. In this Parisian mansion, you can treat your other half to a romantic dinner in a unique setting that will make you dream of Asia. Immersed in an intimate atmosphere that inspires passion, you'll celebrate your love with a special Valentine's Day menu created by chef Dejy-Daniel Damamme.
It's a candlelit dinner you won't soon forget. For this occasion, Buddha-Bar has, as always, come up with original ways to tantalize the taste buds of its guests. Lovers of marine flavors will melt with delight at the prawn dim-sum with bulgogi condiment, shrimp rolls with dashi, scallops, miso and teriyaki, or king crab with roasted salsify and yuzu corn cream. Fans of dishes with character will be seduced by duck and foie gras gyoza with duck lacquer broth and truffle, beef picanha with ponzu gelee and truffle, and Thai eggplant confit with goma lacquer, sake grape condiment and lemon caviar.
To round off this tasting experience, we literally fall for the Thai sake basil sorbet, which adds a welcome note of freshness, and we let ourselves be transported by the Adam & Eve dessert creation. And to toast your love, enjoy a glass of champagne and one of two new cocktails created by head bartender Wenceslas Garnier. The latter have been imagined to go perfectly with the Adam & Eve dessert. You can choose between the "Envie", featuringMonkey 47 Gin, Bitter Martini, French liqueur and homemade pepper syrup, and the "Gourmandise",inspired by Tarte Tatin, with Liqueur43, Lady's Elixir, apple juice and meringue.
It's sure to be an unforgettable evening!
