For €50 per person, you can also enjoy a special Valentine's Day dinner, imagined by chef Giovanni Passerini, one of the ambassadors of bistronomic cuisine, whose restaurant Passerini has already been named best Italian restaurant in the world in 2019 by 50 Top Italy. Nothing less!
On the menu, you'll discover an inventive menu, at the crossroads of tradition and modernity, that gives pride of place to good flavors. In short, family cuisine with a twist. Starters include Banka trout with labneh and barba di Frate (Italian for monk's beard, a typical Mediterranean vegetable), roast quail with Castelfranco Radicchio and Piedmont hazelnut mayonnaise, and romanesco cabbage with smoked riccotta.
For the main course, we offer Fregola sarda with shellfish and sichimi (7-spice) marinara, gourmet braised chuck with colored carrots and leaf chips, and gnocchi with salsa verde, cime di papa and parmesan.
Finally, to round off this fine tasting experience, the chef offers us a dessertof Bachès citrus fruits with a diamond cookie and a surprising rosemary ganache, or a chocolate moelleux with peanut praline and soft caramel.
