Valentine's Day 2021 in Paris: a couple's wellness break at the Jardins du Faubourg hotel

TheJardins du Faubourg hotel is pulling out all the stops for lovers: you'll also enjoy an in-room dinner for two, with starter, main course and dessert, concocted in theLa Régalade du Faubourg restaurant. As an amuse-bouche, the chef proposes a crunchy smoked salmon with dill and caviar blinis. Starters include butternut veloutée and pan-fried foie gras. The main course features scallops a la plancha with a saffron sauce of celery and truffle shells. Finally, for dessert, we share a chocolate and Madagascar vanilla mousseux with a ginger infusion.
