It's just the thing, because Michelin-starred chef Hélène Darroze has created two menus in the kitchens of her restaurant Joia in Paris, available for delivery and click & collect on February 12, 13 and 14: one "gourmand", the other "très gourmand".

110€ per person with 1/2 bottle of Champagne Rosé Billecart Salmon

Terrine of south-western duck foie gras with timut berries, fruit chutney of the moment

Vol-au-vent with sweetbreads, salsify and button mushrooms, Arbois yellow wine sauce

Roasted scallops with tandoori spices, carrot mousseline with candied citrus, fresh coriander vinaigrette

Rose-scented cream, raspberry compote, roasted almond cookie
