This year, the chef is taking you on a gustatory journey in this charming restaurant in Le Vésinet. Whether you're more of an Earth person, with duck foie gras or veal shank, or a Sea person, with sea bream tartare or sea bass fillet, or if you like to mix the two, this Valentine 's Day menu has something for every gourmet! And to finish on a sweet note, let's go for the Pomme d'amour or the Délice des Ibis au chocolat for dessert.
