Claire Heitzler, who now has an online patisserie, including click & collect (delivery available) in her Levallois boutique, is offering us a pretty Tangelolo Heart this year for Valentine's Day 2023.
To be shared by two, this Valentine's heart is composed of a crunchy sweet pastry, baked vanilla almond cream, tangelolo marmalade (a hybrid of mandarin and pomelo) and mandarin orange. At the heart of the pastry is an organic rose cream grown in the Drôme region. The whole is topped with a heart of vanilla white chocolate, accompanied by a slice of poached tangelolo and rose petals.
The creation is available from February 10 to 19, 2023, at a cost of €18 per pastry to share.
And don't miss the Fleur d'Agrumes (7€)! A dessert that combines crunchy almond shortbread with a soft chestnut flour cookie for added character. The whole is garnished with a mandarin marmalade and an airy vanilla whipped cream with candied chestnut bits.
On top, a beautiful garden of fresh citrus fruits reveals tangerine, kumquat, sweet lemon, orange... These delicately arranged citrus fruits evolve with the seasons to preserve their freshness and flavor. Finally, a few zests of bergamot and a poached Buddha hand petal add the finishing touch.
We also feature a rose cake made from an infusion of organic rose petals, grown in Brittany, blended with a few drops of natural rose essence, produced in the Drôme region. Rose petals are slipped inside and on top of the cake for added indulgence. Price: 24€ per cake, available from February 10.
