For Valentine's Day 2024, Maison Lenôtre is playing the Mots d'Amour card. Entremets, macaroons and chocolate hearts are on the program.
Lenôtre presents a collection imbued with romance and finesse, celebrating love on Valentine's Day like a passionate hymn. Each piece is a declaration. Under the creative direction of Guy Krenzer and the talents of Pastry ChefEtienne Leroy, Maison Lenôtre unveils new sweet creations harmoniously blending floral, fruity and chocolate aromas.
For this edition, Lenôtre has collaborated with artist Adolie Day, for whom love is a privileged source of inspiration, to illustrate this special Valentine's Day collection. Inspired by cinematic scenes, particularly romantic comedies, Adolie Day invites us on a journey through poetic and playful vignettes, tracing a couple's journey in love, from their initial meeting to their passionate declaration.

- Dark chocolate & exotic fruit entremets
This entremets features an exotic compote of mango, passion fruit, banana and Madagascan Bourbon vanilla, laid on a hazelnut praline feuilletine crunch, which nestles against a soft cocoa cookie .The coating of creamy dark chocolate mousse and the gourmet glaze sprinkled with cocoa nibs combine like a sweet kiss. Dark chocolate fans symbolize the wings of doves, messengers of love's emotions.

- Red fruit & vanilla entremets
This entremets combines a delicate shortbread crust with a soft vanilla cookie. At its heart is the perfect union of raspberry, blackberry and Morello cherry, adding a fruity, passionate note. The light cream, infused with red fruit tea and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, wraps these flavors in velvety softness. To top it all off, white chocolate fans symbolize the wings of doves, messengers of amorous exchange.
