La Mission Secrète: our test of The Game's most secret escape game in Paris

Escape game fans, here's something to surprise you! The Game, an escape game store in the heart of Paris, offers you a new kind of experience - so to speak - with its new room... Entitled "La Mission Secrète" (The Secret Mission), it invites you to discover it without knowing anything about it beforehand! No theme, no information about the mission... That's the big surprise. We've tested it, and we'll tell you all about it (spoiler-free)!

If you're reading this, you already know too much! The Game, anescape game located in the heart of Paris, invites you to discover its new room, La Mission Secrète, at its Saint-Michel location. The principle: you know nothing from the start... No information on the theme of the room or the mission to be carried out... You're on your own once inside.

It's an intriguing concept that requires you to deal with the unknown from the outset, once you've crossed the threshold of the room. And while we don't know anything about this adventure, we can confirm that, like any other escape game, you've got an hour to get out of the room, although time doesn't count for much here, officially. It remains to be seen whether you'll be solving puzzles, searching or doing anything else, but there's no doubt you'll be busy for an hour.

Our review of La Mission Secrète at The Game:

A room the editorial team got to try out... And we're not going to lie, we were very enthusiastic about the mission! Without spoiling anything, we can tell you that the sets are particularly well realized, promising unparalleled immersion! As for the riddles, the escape game is particularly well thought-out, since they automatically adapt to your level (don't ask us how, we'd spoil it for you!) as you progress.

A particularly dynamic and well-paced adventure, too, leaving you no respite from start to finish. Searching, puzzles of all kinds... The room offers a fine panorama of what you can find in escape games. It's also worth noting that, although you'll have to think a bit about the riddles, nothing is insurmountable or requires you to rack your brains too much. So it's a no-brainer for those who lack a little self-confidence in their abilities.

We won't tell you more about this thrilling room. And yes, that's the way it is: we prefer to keep some of the mystery to ourselves, since that's what this room is all about! But don't let that stop you from booking your session... We're 200% sure you'll love this room, we promise! Especially if you're a fan of adventure...
