Have dinosaurs taken over gaming experience brand Escape Lab? That's what the company's new room, T.Rex Mission, which opened on February 1, 2025, seems to suggest. This room echoes the company's RAPTOR Project, which takes you into a Jurassic Park laboratory in search of a way to save a baby tyrannosaurus.
"It was in this experimental laboratory that dinosaurs were created. Raptors, trexes and many others. Not all survived, as several skulls and skeletons testify. But living creatures are on the premises. Dr. Ninge is nowhere to be found. Take over and save them! By the way... a few problems have arisen, but don't worry, a laser system secures access to the biosphere, the vivarium and the incubator, so everything should be fine... This secret laboratory is quite different from the other part of RAPTOR Project. Life-like paleontological elements and scientific information".
And as with any escape game, you have an hour (1h30 with briefings) to solve the various puzzles. We're also told in the earpiece that the experience can be a little physical at times, since you'll have to avoid lasers in order to progress, according to the sign, which means you'll have to crouch, crawl or bend down. Note also that the room is not accessible to PRMs, and is only played in French. But it's a great opportunity to dive into the world of dinosaurs in a different way, Jurassic Park-style. Shall we go save some dinos at The Escape Lab, folks?
