Concept-store dedicate to health and wellness Aequis opened on November 9, 2016 on rue de Clichy (in Paris 9th arrondissement). Goal: changing bad food habits by promoting the benefits of healthy food, while fighting against damage caused by modern food.
According to an Ifop survey, 90% of the French are willing to change their food habits on a long run to stay healthy. The problem is the conception of a healthy diet cannot be improvised and requires sharp skills. This is with the idea of helping people wishing so that Aequis project was born, a concept-store with food balance and health as absolute priorities.
Based on Latin word “Aequis” meaning “balance”, the store relies on 3 major ideas:
- Introduction to food habit change: custom-advising thanks to workshops and conferences given by qualified professionals, as well as a wide range of products (dietary supplements, dietary books, cosmetics, healthy food), and services provided to people coming in to the store.
- Involvement of people in their program: a long-lasting follow-up for clients providing them with all the tools to switch their food behaviors accordingly with a healthy lifestyle. An online platform will help you track your results at any time.
- Going beyond fitness: eating well is not only good to lose weight. By giving you recommendations, Aequis professionals find solutions to issues such as lack of energy, sleep, or even overload of stress and digestive issues.
To answer all questions likely to be asked, the concept-store also provides a complete diet report, including supplying a detailed diagnostic, as well as a nutritional and custom-made program thanks to phytotherapy, aromatherapy, and even micro-nutrition.
