Lovers of concept stores and, above all, of slow fashion, slow coffee, slow workshops and slow everything in general, this new place in the 11th arrondissement is sure to please.
Happy Folk, as it's called, is a concept store and a place for slow practices, combining a boutique, creative and well-being workshops and a tea room. We'll tell you more about the concept.
If you too abhor fast fashion and poor-quality clothes that only last a few months, Happy Folk is already going to satisfy you by offering a selection of French, Danish, Spanish, Australian, Mexican, Indian and Japanese designers and craftsmen on its hangers, who give pride of place to nature and craftsmanship .
You'll find home decor, cushions, ceramics, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics and other objects related to lithotherapy, well-being, aromatherapy and Ayurvedic medicine.
Creative hobbies are not left out either, with everything from t-shirt and totebag embroidery to plant-based candles and plant-based dyeing.
But that's not all. Happy Folk also offers a wide range of DIY and wellness workshops, including leatherwork, ceramics, weaving and vegetable dyeing, as well as terrarium and dried flower workshops, herbarium and bouquet workshops, and natural cosmetics, sophrology and ayurveda workshops. Just check out the programme of upcoming events!
Finally, Happy Folk is also a place to relax with a cup of organic tea, a plant-based juice or a coffee from Brulerie Belleville in the tea room area .
Please note that the inauguration is scheduled for March 16, 2019, with the following on the program:
