Red Bull Dance Your Style 2019: the street dance competition returns to Paris

Soapbox races, music festivals, and multiple hip-hop competitions... Red Bull is everywhere, in all the most spectacular sports.

In 2018, the famous energy drink brand launched a new dance competition: the Red Bull Dance Your Style. In this competition of a new kind, the best street dancers in France had to compete, with only the public as judge.

The concept? Battles opposing two street dancers, as in a boxing match, on a very popular playlist with songs by Claude François, M.Pokora, Jennifer Lopez, Céline Dion or Britney Spears. In other words, all kinds of hits on which they are not used to perform.

The dancers had to adapt very quickly to a song completely out of sync with their art, not to be the best in their category(hip-hop, breakdance, locking, popping...) but to seduce the greatest number of people because only the public could choose the winner.

Due to the success of the event, the Red Bull Dance Your Style is coming back to France with a new and second edition.

In addition to Lille on May 31 and Bordeaux on June 15, Paris will also have its regional qualification phase. See you on June 7, 2019 at Cabaret Sauvage.

The best of them will meet in Marseille on September 7 for the national final.

Finally, the last stage of the competition will be held at La Grande Halle de La Villette in Paris on October 12, 2019 for the international final where dancers from more than 30 countries will compete!
