Caroline Vigneaux: the comedian at Grand Rex with her show In Vigneaux Veritas

Following the success of her previous shows Quitte la robe and Croque la pomme, Caroline Vigneaux scored a hit with her show In Vigneaux Veritas, performed at the Théâtre Edouard VII in early 2024. The comedian completes her tour of France at the end of the year, and will be back on stage at the Grand Rex for three exceptional evenings from March 20 to 22, 2025.

And yes, Caroline Vigneaux is back on stage in one of the capital's finest venues, Le Grand Rex. At the very heart of a rather delicate period in her life, where she finds herself halfway between the young and the not-so-young, the comedian has no hesitation in telling the truth and nothing but the truth, but not just that. Her show, In Vigneaux Veritas, is an exhilarating cocktail of hot-button topics. With finesse and humor, she tackles topics such as the legalization of hard drugs in nursing homes, feminism and its limits, woke culture, gender issues and her fictional affair with Brad Pitt. Nor does she shy away from exposing her anxiety about artificial intelligence!

But who is Caroline Vigneaux? A former lawyer from the provincial petite bourgeoisie, Caroline grew up marked by the feeling of being "too much" in an environment where silence is golden. Too voluble, too noisy, too restless for her family, she managed to channel this overflowing energy into an artistic career. Her vocation was a revelation after seeing Jacqueline Maillan in the play Croque-Monsieur: she realized that making people laugh was a right for women too, and that her exuberance could be an asset in standing out on stage. The result was three shows, including In Vigneaux Veritas, performed in a number of Parisian venues, culminating in a run at the Grand Rex in 2025!
