Le Salon de l'Artisanat d'Art du Val-de-Marne: 3 days to discover the expertise of craft professionals
For three days, 68 artisans (ceramists, upholsterers, fashion designers, etc.) exhibit and sell their creations, while sharing their know-how through workshops and demonstrations. Over 200 people take part in these activities every year, discovering the wealth of local arts and crafts combining tradition and innovation.

Greater Paris is the cradle of street art, where world-famous artists regularly grace city walls. You'll find a wide range of street art tours in every corner of the metropolis throughout the year, including: a stroll through Vitry, street art capital of Paris; a street art stroll through Ivry with a private visit to an artist's studio; discovering the monumental works of art in Paris 13; street art in Paris 12 and meeting with an artist; the history of street art on the Butte-aux-cailles; street art and feminism in the Batignolles district, etc.

Meet the craftsmen and their know-how
More of a craftsman? You can push open the doors of the Mobilier National workshops at the Manufacture des Gobelins, theDiamantino Labo Photo workshop, France's only master silk-screen printer, or a millinery workshop. Art craftsmen reveal their secrets during visits to a stained-glass or ceramics workshop.
Looking for gastronomy? You'll be spoilt for choice with visits to the cocoa factory,a spirits distillery or the Gallia brewery in Pantin, or to an artisan winemaker. Cheese lovers, meet Monsieur Fromage in Nogent!
You can also meet a beekeeper for a tour of the world of bees at the Musée de la Carte à jouer.

Last but not least, companies such as Saint Gobain Placoplatre, Cité Maraichère de Romainville and Archives Diplomatiques open their doors behind the scenes. Enter theRATP maintenance workshop for metro line 11.
If you prefer live performance, opt for a backstage tour of the MC93 followed by a show, or a discovery of the Théâtre Paris Villette followed by a performance. Discover the little-known career of dancer Paula Padani at the Musée d'art et d'histoire du Judaïsme.
Admire the architecture of the cities of Greater Paris
Numerous urban walks take you on a discovery of the architectural heritage of Paris and the surrounding towns.
Discover the area around the Gare de l'Est and the Germanic cultural heritage in the heart of the French capital.

Explore heritage in a different way
