The ParisLocal event will see almost 600 artisans open their workshops to the general public on the weekend of November 17-19, 2023. It's an opportunity to meet the people who bring your neighborhood to life with their creations, and to observe their know-how at first hand, during exclusive visits. Artists, craftspeople, food artisans, chefs, restaurateurs and many others will open their doors to you, so you can discover their craft and their creations!
ParisLocal takes place in every arrondissement of Paris, as well as in the participating departments of Greater Paris: Hauts-de-Seine, Val-de-Marne and Seine-Saint-Denis. The program includes 1,200 demonstrations, workshops and tastings by jewellers, patissiers, cheesemakers and glassblowers, organized by the Paris Tourist Office and the City of Paris.
The Paris Convention & Visitors Bureau and the City of Paris are keen to showcase the skills and know-how of the artisans of Greater Paris, to promote local, authentic and environmentally-friendly tourism. This third edition also features a number of ephemeral and festive events, to give visibility to artisans who have little of it the rest of the year.
