La Kermesse de Javelle: free entertainment for young and old on Sundays at the guinguette.

Having moved from the pretty banks of the Seine in the 15th arrondissement to the heart of Bercy Beaucoup, the third-tier venue in the 12th arrondissement, La Javelle aims to bring a festive atmosphere back to the east of Paris, with the return of fine weather: so, every Sunday, it's kermesse with family and friends, to have fun, dance (and forget about Monday).

We've just heard that La Javelle, the guinguette at Bercy Beaucoup, has just reopened for thesummer 2025 season. So, whether you're with friends, family, lovers or solo, you'll be able to spend the day, afternoon or evening here! Especially on Sundays, when the weekly kermesse de la Javelle awaits young and old for a day of dancing, games and fun.

Every Sunday of the season, from 2 to 6 p.m., children can spend the afternoon at the make-up stand, in costume or in creative workshops (Brazilian bracelets, beads, origami, drawings...), while adults can relax on the terrace - in the sun - and chat quietly.

Then, after a snack (from 4pm to 7pm), it's time to dance! Come swing, turn and dance at the Sunday ball, with a one-hourintroductory ballroom dance class, followed by two hours of free practice. What 's more, the children's activities and dance classes are free and open to all, with no need to reserve: a great way to pamper your wallet and your Sunday!

Bercy Beaucoup is the 12th arrondissement's third-party, social and festive space, located on Boulevard Poniatowski in the Bercy-Charenton district: you can come and take a sports class, take part in a gardening session or enjoy the DJ sets and concerts at La Javelle, programmed almost every evening from Thursday to Sunday.
