On this Sunday, October 8, 2023, the Château de Breteuil is the scene of a carnival: some 30 costumed people stroll the garden paths, waiting to meet visitors. These members of the Au fil des idées association offer a magnificent sight: between two groves of this remarkable garden, you can admire unusual-looking individuals, richly dressed in impressive costumes, in bright, cheerful colors.
It's the perfect way to liven up your stroll through the Château de Breteuil. These formal gardens are already adorned with statues, flower beds, fountains, a labyrinth... Embark on an unusual treasure hunt, in search of the masked Venetians who stroll among the blushing trees.
Of course, there's nothing to stop you joining in the fun: what if you, too, came to the estate, dressed in your finest costume, hidden behind your wolf?
