Winter is getting long in the tooth, and the desire for a vacation somewhere else, like the sun or beautiful beaches, is starting to make itself felt more and more. So we've come up with a solution that will give you the feeling of being far from Paris without actually being far away, with some great walks to discover in the Paris region.

Getting out of Paris and away from the capital doesn't have to mean leaving for the other side of the planet, the continent or even France. Sometimes, all you need to do is get to know a few nuggets in the Paris region, and you'll feel like you've traveled for a day.

In both the inner and outer suburbs of Paris, the region is full of things to discover: large nature parks, remarkable gardens and unmissable walks are well worth the detour, and the good news is that the itineraries we've selected are accessible with a Navigo pass! So there's no excuse this winter: don your gloves and a good coat (and cross your fingers for a little sunshine) and let's set off for a truly exotic outing less than an hour from Paris.

Our 5 exotic winter walks less than an hour from Paris :
