Parisians may take over the terraces in town… But if you have to do so, make it in a pleasant and relaxing place. And Les Jardins du Marais has got you covered!
We must say that this place unveils one of the biggest open-air gardens in Paris with a 1500-sqm terrace surroundings the 265 rooms and suites of the hotel. Nestled in the historic and touristic Marais neighborhood, this terrace provides a genuine luxury stop full of quietness and delight in the heart of the French capital.
As the outcome? From May to September, chef Emmanuel Valée provides his new summer menu including a vegetable napoleon (€14), cod and vanilla tartare, mango and avocado (€15), pan-seared seabream and seasonal vegetables (€25), free range poultry supreme with honey, quinoa and carrots (€25) or even the veggie burger with vegetables (€21).
To accompany these dishes or just have a good time on the hanging chairs, enjoy the “Relearn Natural” cocktails, wines by the glass, between €8 and €12 or even the Moët Ice Imperial, the first iced champagne served with fresh mint for €15.
Les Jardins du Marais also serves delightful desserts. Soft apple cake and speculoos ice cream, chocolate cream or even strawberries on hot summer days.
PS: if you want to make the best of the terrace, Les Jardins du Marais serves a brunch and spa package for €90, including the €49-brunch and a 30-minute treatment!
Alcohol abuse is bad for your health, please drink responsibly.
