After delighting gourmets at the Gare de Lyon, French Toast & Co is setting up shop in the 17th arrondissement under the impetus of Stéphane Dufour and Nicolas Haelewyn.
On the menu of this first boutique, the classic sweet version of French toast, but also more original and above all savoury recipes, which will change with the seasons and market finds. Indeed, the brand is committed to local, organic and responsible consumption.
To take away or eat in, around a large table, recipes such as French toast with goat's cheese from the Laiterie de Paris or accompanied by white Paris ham from Maison Gilles Vérot, or the version with organic eggs, avocado and seasonal vegetables.
For those with a sweet tooth, there's French toast with maple syrup from Canada, artisanal honey from Miellerie Damine or artisanal spread.
With the opening of this first boutique, we're rediscovering the pleasure of tasting that real madeleine from our childhood, and letting ourselves be tempted by original recipes!
