An Anglo-Saxon tradition, brunch has been making its way onto the French dining table for some years now, becoming a fixture on every Sunday. So, after sleeping in, we invite you to the Pulitzer, a beautiful hotel in the 9th arrondissement.
What's on the menu? An all-you-can-eat buffet awaits you, with savory offerings (jamon iberico straight from Spain, white ham, cheese by the slice), cereals, pastries, sweet and savory cakes, pancakes, pan con tomate... With a large majority of Spanish products, as required by the hotel chain, originally from Spain. Quality is the order of the day, with fine products - we recommend you try the delicious Spanish jamon iberico - as well as unlimited hot drinks and fruit juices. The brunch menu also includes a choice of eggs - fried, scrambled, omelette, benedict with bacon or royal with smoked salmon - which you can order to order.
Last but not least - and the highlight of this copious brunch - is the choice of an à la carte dish. Gourmets will opt for theexcellent cheeseburger with 150-gram steak, farmhouse tomme, caramelized onions and bacon, served with fries, while others will be spoilt for choice between the classic Avocado Toast or the timeless Caesar salad. All this, enjoyed in a beautiful indoor space or on the outdoor patio.
For brunch at the Hotel du Pulitzer, expect to pay €36 per adult and €18 per child, who will be treated to the same dishes and buffet as the adults. Brunch is served every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, from 12pm to 3pm. See you at Pulitzer next weekend?
