Line 14 extension: the Bicêtre hospital station is revealed, our photos

With just a few days to go before the inauguration of the extension to metro line 14, the enthusiasm of many Parisians is growing. On Thursday June 20, 2024, the Société des grands projets organized the "revelation" of the Hôpital Bicêtre station, in the presence of several elected officials, as well as architect Jean-Paul Viguier and Eva Jospin. The artist unveiled a monumental work, some 8 metres high, on the station's façade. We were there and tell you all about it.

Metro Line 14, interruption between Mairie de Saint-Ouen and Porte de Clichy due to technical failure

This Thursday, July 20, traffic on line 14 of the Paris metro between Mairie de Saint-Ouen and Porte de Clichy was interrupted due to a technical fault. RATP indicated that traffic would return to normal by midday, but finally resumed around 9:30 am.

Paris: metro line 14 to be entirely closed for several weekends

Hell goes on for all metro line 14 commuters in Paris. Because of the extension works to the Orly airport, the entire purple line will be closed all day for 7 weekends. First weekend the traffic will be interrupted? On Saturday January 28 and Sunday 29, 2023.
