When we hear ArtCurial, we think of Enrico Einaudi's delicious Gnocci de la mamma, tentacolo, oven-roasted octopus, and risotto al Nero, a black cuttlefish ink risotto created to perfection by young chefs Filippo Rossato and Ilario Paravano, and served under a beautiful glass roof.
