Christophe Louie, the King of Panettone, opened his own bakery a few weeks ago! A bakery where you can find his panettones, but not only. For this year's Epiphany, the man we've become accustomed to for his Panettone des Rois, is offering two galettes: one traditional with frangipane and the other with hazelnut and lemon confit.
