Each ingredient in this breakfast is beneficial to the body: lemon water heated to 37.5° activates liver drainage to help eliminate toxins; macadamia nuts, chestnuts, buckwheat and goji berries are antioxidants, rich in iron, vitamins A, C and E, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. Finally, avocados are rich in lipids, providing monounsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial to cardiovascular health.
