Traditional soups with herbs, vegetables sautéed in the wok, beggar's chicken roasted in a lotus leaf and cooked in a clay crust or Peking duck... But fish is also in the spotlight with cod braised in a casserole on a bed of garlic and ginger, sautéed turbot fillet, caramelized walnuts and snow peas or lobster, perfectly steamed, with rice vermicelli and garlic sauce.

To discover these dishes, we settle down in a hushed room or in one of the three private rooms, which are named after dynasties. We look at the typically Asian but very contemporary decoration well installed in comfortable armchairs, and we let ourselves be guided by the knowledgeable advice of the waiters, who take care of us and give us very good advice.

We tested for you the Dim Sum menu. We thought we already knew the Dim Sum or vapors, until this enchanted break at the Shang Palace. On the menu: the traditional Ha Kao (shrimp ravioli), more surprisingly a crab ravioli that when you bite into it, lets out a perfectly seasoned broth, scallop ravioli, Shanghai-style proc buns and must-have, red rice pancakes with shrimps! To finish with a sweet note based on mango cream! A treat!

If you want to discover these different flavors, a Dim Sum menu at 58€/person is offered every lunchtime except on Sundays.
