Bastille Day, July 14, 2025: fireworks & ball in Rosny-sous-Bois (93)

Every year in France, the Fête Nationale is celebrated on July 14th. It's a summer highlight marked by a host of traditional celebrations: military parades, fireworks displays, firemen's balls and popular dances enliven the four corners of the country for the occasion. You won't want to miss out on the festivities on this special holiday!

Paris, the City of Light, marks the occasion each year with an impressive military parade along the Champs-Elysées avenue, and a flamboyant fireworks display from the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding region is not to be outdone, with the whole of the Île-de-France region taking part in the festive ballet! Numerous towns and cities in the region take it in turns to unveil their festive programs on July 13 and 14.

This is particularly true of Rosny-sous-bois, in the Seine-Saint-Denis region. Before the festivities kick off, you can venture to the Living History Museum in Montreuil-sous-Bois, the Rosny-Rail - Musée du chemin de fer de Rosny or even, for those with a car, the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace in Le Bourget.
