Following in the footsteps of Christophe Adam, who is presenting us with an XXL éclair in the guise of a Yule log for the 2020 holiday season, Maison Gazelle is also turning its flagship pastry into an original Yule log .
Maison Gazelle is a super-patisserie in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, featuring Moroccan gazelle horn. For autumn-winter 2020, Maison Gazelle's chef Sara Boukhaled has come up with a slew of new products, including this famous XXL gazelle horn for the holidays, in individual (9€) and 6-person (35€) formats.
The latter is made with Beldie marzipan, a creamy 70% chocolate ganache and a Bigarade orange insert.
But that's not all! Maison Gazelle also unveils three new flavors of cornes de gazelle:
And then there are the new Fekkas, those Moroccan specialties, a kind of dry cake to be dipped in coffee, available here in three flavors:
