Gourmet NYE 2022-2023 menu at Les Parisiens, by Thibault Sombardier

Feel like celebrating New Year’s Eve 2022-2023 with gastronomy and jazz? If so, head to Les Parisiens, the restaurant of hotel Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain, for a highly gourmet night by chef Thibault Sombardier.

All year around, this new place serves flawless bourgeoise cuisine. And therefore, December 31 is no exception to the rule! On the occasion, a unique menu based on the most delicious winter and festive dishes: ceps, sea scallops, oysters and Rissoni beef will be part of it!

Note a jazz party will start from 6 p.m. at the hotel bar, the Joyce!
