L'Hôtel du Collectionneur is thinking big for Easter 2019! First of all, no Easter celebration is complete without an Easter egg.
The Hôtel du Collectionneur and its pastry chef Bryan Esposito are honoring this true emblem with their magnificent and precious creation.
A richly ornamented royal blue chocolate egg - like a collector's item - set on its pedestal. Not only beautiful, but irresistibly tasty, it's composed of ivory chocolate and 70% dark chocolate.
This magnificent 25cm sculpture is available to order from April 15 to 22, 2019 (please reserve 72h in advance).
Then it's on to Sunday, April 21, 2019, for a specialbrunch . Children are invited to enjoy a buffet designed around Easter celebrations. What's on the menu? Dishes created especially for them. A savory section between land and sea, as well as a playful and colorful sweet section.
Little adventurers can also take part in a magical egg hunt organized across the hotel's terraces.
Meanwhile, adults can take a break at the bar to discover the astonishing cocktail imagined by head bartender Ivo Correia-Rocha.
A beverage with gourmet accents based on Rum and hazelnut liqueur, delicately accompanied by homemade praliné and vanilla ice cream. A real treat for the taste buds!
