Galette des Rois 2023 de Landemaine: the Galette des Bois

ForEpiphany 2023, Maison Landemaine has created an original galette des rois called"Galette des Bois".

In fact, this year's galette is a real gourmet treat. Based on inverted puff pastry (you don't change a winning team), this galette conceals an almond cream enriched with pecans and maple syrup. The galette features a deer stenciled with powdered sugar. And for collectors, note that wild forest animals, made by Faïencerie de Clamecy, are hidden in these wild galettes.

This Galette des Bois for 4 people is available until January 31, 2023 at the affordable price of 19€ for 4 people.

Maison Landemaine also offers its more traditional Galette des rois amande, which stands out for its inverted puff pastry with more butter and 100% almond cream filling.

Prices: 4-6 people, 19 € / 6-8 people, 29 € / 8-10 people, 39 €.
