Among the most eagerly awaited gourmet creations for this Epiphany 2021, we discover those of Cédric Grolet for his patisserie, Cédric Grolet Opéra.

Indeed, this year we're in for twice the fun, as Cédric Grolet, in addition to the one presented at Le Meurice, is also offering a 2021 galette des rois to be discovered at his bakery-patisserie and tea room on Avenue de l'Opéra.

This 2021 galette des rois by Cédric Grolet and is called "Galette en Fleur aux Amandes", and comprises an almond flaky brioche, a roasted almond frangipane cream and an almond praline. All in the pretty shape of a flower!
