• La galette des Rois Praliné Pistache

This year, the chef puts the pistachio in the spotlight by revisiting the frangipane galette. The Praliné Pistache galette des Rois combines his famous crisp pastry with an almond and pistachio praline cream. The whole thing is sprinkled with toasted crushed pistachios, a bomb of deliciousness awaits you.
