Traditional and delicious Galette des Rois from Maison Louvard 2024

Maison Louvard, as we've already mentioned, is the famous, ultra-charming bakery-restaurant on rue de Chateaudun in the 9th arrondissement. In addition to its gourmet cuisine, chef-baker Stéphane Louvard excels in his field. The bakery won the prize for Best Almond Galette des rois d'Ile de France in 2012, then 4th place in the competition in 2022. They didn't enter this year, but that doesn't stop the galettes from being delicious, as you'd expect.
