But the Yvelines town has much more to offer! In addition to its plant heritage, Chevreuse also boasts a broad cultural heritage, which is reflected in the various monuments that adorn the town.

Domaine de la Chapelle Saint-Lubin

    For the first time, the historic workshop of the Airaindor-Valsuani Foundry opens its doors. On a guided tour, you'll discover how the art foundry is created.
    The Airaindor-Valsuani Foundry is an architectural work in its own right, combining aesthetics and functionality. It's a workshop that possesses all the characteristics of tangible and intangible heritage.
    The visit will focus on the sculptural and artisanal work of the building's creator, Leonardo Benatov.
    This chevrotin artist and entrepreneur had the genius and determination to go beyond conventional dimensions and bring his own interpretation of the body to life.
    We offer a retrospective of his sculptural work in an exhibition room set up for the occasion.

    On September 21 and 22, 2024, on the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Musée GRATALOUP, the first contemporary art center in the Chevreuse Valley, opens its doors to you for a unique experience combining Art and Historical Heritage.
