For the Journées du Patrimoine 2024 (Heritage Days 2024), Val-de-Marne invites you to discover its most beautiful cultural sites on Saturday September 21 and Sunday September 22, 2024. On the themes of heritage routes, networks and connections, and maritime heritage, we'll be taking advantage of magnificent sites that tell us about the cultural, social and economic history of the département.
Throughout the weekend, guided tours, workshops and other activities for all ages will teach us more about the Val-de-Marne and its riches. It's a great way to discover the treasures of the département's heritage, and to meet the people who bring these places and their history to life by sharing their knowledge!
Once again this year, all over France and Europe, thousands of museums, monuments, gardens, theaters, churches, historic shops and businesses... are opening their doors to us , free of charge, to let us discover their history and their treasures. This great cultural celebration allows us to make wonderful discoveries, and to better appreciate the places that surround us. With its rich, ancient and eventful history, France is home to some must-see wonders during these 41st Heritage Days !
