The Paris en Selle association has looked into the matter and drawn up a ranking of the arrondissements where it's easiest to get around by bike, taking several parameters into account: the policy of the arrondissement' s mayor, theprogress of the Plan Vélo, which aims to develop the city's infrastructure to facilitate cycling, the introduction of two-way lanes reserved for bikes, and the creation of parking spaces .
