A new 41st edition of the Fête de la Musique! As every year, this popular and festive event is celebrated on June 21. And just like every year, amateur and professional musicians are invited to bring out their instruments and make live music resound in many places in Paris and elsewhere in France. From the streets to concert halls, bars and restaurants, institutions, parks and gardens, museums and monuments: every June 21, live music resounds around every corner, to the delight of musicians and music lovers alike.
On Wednesday June 21, 2023, the Fête de la musique returns to the Shoah Memorial in Paris. This historical museum brings together a wealth of testimonies, archives, photographs, texts, videos and audio recordings, explaining the history of the Jews in France, the rise of Nazism and the crimes perpetrated during the war years. The museum is open to all, with an educational introduction suitable for children, and deeply moving material for adults.
On June 21, 2023, the Shoah Memorial in Paris, and more precisely the monument's forecourt, will host a unique, free musical evening(accessible by reservation).
On the program? A concert by the duo Les Marx Sisters, followed by Horse Raddish. Join us at the Shoah Memorial in Paris on June 21 at 6 p.m. to experience this musical moment, and don't forget to reserve your free tickets to attend.
