Ready to waddle like crazy on June 21, 2024 for the new 42nd Fête de la musique? The popular and festive event that everyone loves is back on June 21, the longest day of the year, to put a smile on your face and keep your ears entertained until late.
Every year, the Fête de la musique is an opportunity for the many amateur musicians in France to play to the public, express themselves and make a name for themselves. So, on June 21, all musical styles are in the spotlight: rock, rap, R&B, classical, electro, French variety, blues, jazz... so many genres to discover free of charge in the streets, but also in places that are sometimes more unusual, trendy or unmissable.
This is notably the case at Cité Fertile. This famous spot located in Seine-Saint-Denis, and more specifically in Pantin, is once again getting into the spirit of things by taking part in the new Fête de la Musique.
La Cité Fertile is a third-party experimental space set up on the site of a former SNCF freight station in Pantin. La Cité Fertile aims to bring together, inspire and mobilize all publics around the challenges of the sustainable city, through committed programming and projects.
Throughout the year, the site also offers a rich and eclectic program. On Friday June 21, 2024, for the Fête de la musique, La Cité Fertile awaits you for a maxi dose of music with groups from Pantin and 93. On the program? Live concerts and acoustic performances all evening long!
France terre d'asile will be at the Cité Fertile on June 21, World Refugee Day, to combine music, festivities and a humanist message. From 2pm to 1.30am. Free of charge.
