Nuit Blanche, the capital's must-see artistic event, returns for a promising 2024 edition. Every year, this event transforms Paris into a veritable open-air museum, inviting the curious to discover bold, innovative artistic works in unusual locations. This year's Nuit Blanche promises to be particularly vibrant at the Learning Planet Institute, where art and science combine to raise ecological awareness.
Located in the heart of Paris, in the 4th arrondissement, the Learning Planet Institute is a place dedicated to exploring new ways of learning and cooperating. Since its creation in 2006, this visionary institute has established itself as a key player in education for sustainable development, aligning itself with theUN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs ). By hosting the work RISING by artistic duo MOUAWAD + LAURIER, the Learning Planet Institute confirms its commitment to raising awareness and promoting resilience in the face of climate challenges.
RISING is an immersive artistic experience that explores rising sea levels and human vulnerability to global warming. Through a sound and light installation, Maya Mouawad and Cyril Laurier plunge us into a poetic and profound awareness. It's also an opportunity to discover a striking work of art, while taking part in an essential dialogue about our common future.
