For the 20th edition of the White Night on Saturday October 2, 2021, the Grand Palais offers you a very surprising installation on the fences of the ongoing construction site as the building is closed for renovations... You will enjoy a mural set all around the building, as created and designed by artist Nayel Zeaiter.
It tells the story of the Grand Palais from 1900, as a comics. From its construction to current renovation via the two world wars, the 60's and even the modern era, discover a whole part of the building's history, genuine spectator of the greatest changes of our era.
For this White Night, in the night from Saturday to early on Sunday, you are invited to come with a flashlight and look at the very details of this comics to find out everything about the story of the building, one of the most iconic ones in Paris. And to keep on walking and discovering, head to the Jeu de Paume a few meters from there to discover the two entertainments provided for this late night event alongside artists Béatrice Balcou and Lenio Kaklea.
Have a great White Night!
