Nuit blanche 2024 under the Canopée des Halles: cosmic show and electro dance floor in Paris

Did you miss her? Well, here it is again! Nuit Blanche invites you to take part in its new edition this Saturday, June 1, 2024. On the program for this popular celebration ofcontemporary art: concerts, exhibitions, immersive installations, fun sporting events, encounters, walks... And a not-to-be-missed event organized by the Maison des pratiques artistiques amateurs (Mpaa) in Paris!

Mpaa awaits us at the Forum des Halles, or more precisely under its Canopée, for a sensational evening, to be experienced this Saturday, June 1, 2024. For the 22nd edition of the Nuit Blanche, the Canopée is transformed into a huge dancefloor. All night long!

Located in the heart of the capital, the Canopée des Halles is a lively place, regularly hosting artistic and cultural events. With its music conservatory, media library dedicated to urban cultures, cultural center devoted to hip-hop and occasional events, the Canopée is always at the heart of the cultural scene in Paris.

This lively venue is one of the capital's major crossroads, so it's hardly surprising that the Canopée is once again taking part in Nuit Blanche this year. In this large open-air space, performances are always festive and spectacular. We can't wait to see what's in store for the 2024 edition.

On the program for this unique evening under the Canopée des Halles:

• Dance - Choreographic puzzle and digital creation: an excursion into an abstract world inspired by the cosmos.
  Danse en Seine has been reinventing amateur dance for 10 years, fostering creativity and generosity. Sharing is at the heart of the company's commitment. To dance is to live and share. In a constant whirlwind, 33 dancers and performers from the Compagnie Danse en Seine gradually build up to the point of explosion. This choreographic puzzle, imagined by choreographers Emmanuelle Simon and Orianne Vilmer and set to a digital creation by Damien Serban, transports spectators into an abstract, colorful world inspired by the cosmos.
  To round off the evening in style, Baptiste Lagrave, composer of the piece M51, takes to the turntables. Accompanied by the company's dancers, you'll dance to the rhythm of electro beats, transforming Les Halles into a dance floor.
