Valentine's Day at La Sphère Gourmande
La Sphère Gourmande, the patisserie that revisits all gourmet creations in a sherried version, has come up with a lovely creation for Valentine's Day. The sphere features a rosé champagne jelly, a lemon caviar pearl cream surrounded by a rosé champagne strawberry mousse and almond crunch. The whole is set on a soft almond crust sprinkled with dehydrated strawberry chips. Count €6.50 per sphere by delivery or in store.
