L'amour est une fête marks a new collaboration between actor Guillaume Canet and director Cédric Anger(L'homme qu'on aimait trop, Tout nous sépare etc.). Here, he delves into the peculiar world of pornography, plunging us into the Paris of the 80s, a subject he had long wanted to tackle, this era being "inseparable from the post-68 liberation of morals", he notes.
It's also the eighth film Guillaume Canet has made with Gilles Lellouche, two actors we're delighted to be reunited with in such enjoyable roles!
