Paris Shark Week 2024: dive into the heart of the first film festival dedicated to sharks

Paris Shark Week, an international film festival devoted entirely to sharks, returns for its 5th edition from September 13 to 15, 2024 at the Club de l'Étoile. On the program: documentaries, sharksploitation sessions, exclusive previews and meetings with passionate experts.

Launched in 2020, Paris Shark Week has quickly established itself as a must-attend event for fans of wildlife cinema and thrills. Organized in partnership with Discovery, this unique event offers a total immersion into the fascinating world of sharks through never-before-seen documentaries and genre films that are sometimes delirious, like the famous "sharksploitation". For this 2024 edition, the festival features international previews, captivating conferences and audience participation.

From Friday, September 13 to Sunday, September 15, 2024, Paris Shark Week invades the Club de l'Étoile with a diverse program, mixing scientific documentaries, spectacular fiction and tributes to classics. The event features groundbreaking documentaries such as Andrew Mayne, Ghost Diver and The Last Shark, as well as genre films that push the boundaries of fantasy cinema, such as Kaiju Glam Metal Shark Attack. Screenings will be complemented by conferences and sharksploitation sessions, featuring cult and offbeat films such as Game of Shark and Well Shark.

Paris Shark Week is aimed at marine life enthusiasts, lovers of environmental documentaries and fans of genre films.
