The Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games are barely over and we're already all nostalgic for them: so, even though we're waiting forthe parades of French Olympic and Paralympic champions this Saturday, September 14, on the Champs-Elysées, we can already look back over these exceptional weeks and, above all, discover all the behind-the-scenes stories that led to such a wonderful success for this great sporting event.
For France Télévision, Jules and Gédéon Naudet followed Tony Estanguet, some of our greatest Olympic and Paralympic athletes, coaches, entertainers, volunteers and many others, to share the extraordinary behind-the-scenes story of this historic event in Paris. From thearrival of the flame in Marseille to the Olympic and Paralympic events, the organization of the opening ceremony on July 26, the hanging of the Olympic rings and Agitos on the Eiffel Tower andArc de Triomphe, and the impact of the dissolution of the French National Assembly on the Games, experience an immersion into the heart of the Games.
