City of Blood unveils its first trailer ahead of its release on September 16, 2026 on Disney+. Produced in Germany for Hulu, this dystopian series will consist of eight episodes.

The plot unfolds in a Berlin reshaped by a covert power that works behind the scenes. Two sisters gradually uncover who’s really pulling the strings in the city from the shadows and the harsh reality of the system they’re up against.

Daniel Brühl is on board as a producer of the series, joining the producers of All Quiet on the Western Front. The cast includes Lea Drinda, Soma Pysall, Franz Hartwig, Jördis Triebel, David Schütter, Mouataz Alshaltouh, Jenny Schily, Dagmar Manzel, Melika Foroutan, Jan Georg Schütte and Lars Eidinger.
