Giant Free Troc Party 2024: the autumn shopping extravaganza in Paris!

The Free Troc Party is all about recycling, exchanging and giving new life to the things you love! The next one will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at theAcadémie du Climat, in the Marais district of Paris. This time, only two shopping sessions are on offer , at 11:15 and 12:30.

In November 2024, the free shopping event, open to all, celebrates its 55th edition. And as in previous years at the Free Troc Party, we're swapping everything! Clothes, books, games, shoes, home furnishings and much more. It' s all free, and everyone gets to take home their favorites! No selling is allowed, and there's no limit to the number of items you can take away. An open bar shopping experience!

This new barter party will feature creative workshops for the whole family, as well as a participatory zero waste brunch. All free of charge! What's on the program?

• A Tawashi workshop: come and make "Tawashi". These washable, reusable sponges made from recycled textiles will introduce you to weaving and zero waste.
• Carbonometer game: the Carbonometer is an educational card game that classifies different human activities according to their carbon impact.

Places are limited to 350 people, so you'll need to be quick and register as soon as the entry form goes online, on Tuesday October 29 at 12 noon. If you're in time, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail, and all you have to do is turn up for one of the two shopping sessions on November 2, 2024, at the Climate Academy.
